"I'VE GOT AN APPOINTMENT. NOW, I'M WORRIED ABOUT WHAT TO DO."

“I’ve got an appointment.  Now, I’m worried about what to do.”

We get it.  As a momma, I’m right there with you.  So, I wanted to take a moment to address some FAQ’s for you guys as a proactive way to keep you informed.

First and foremost, our client’s health is so incredibly important to us.  We always personally take extra precautions at our sessions as we are a family that has to remain mindful of compromised immune systems within our own family.  So, we always have to make sure we keep this top of mind with all that we do as we interact with our clients.  95% of our sessions are outdoors, so studio cross contamination isn’t as much as an issue for us.  In fact, we have temporarily postponed the plans, we had in the works for studio sessions, in consideration of current events.  We also make sure that any props that are used across sessions are completely sanitized between clients.

What happens if you’re still not comfortable coming out right now, or simply cannot because of the circumstances at your home?  As mentioned above, we are super sensitive to that.  So, during this time, we are happy to reschedule your session for a later date and will suspend notification period requirements for making a date change.  This exception will be in place through the end of March and then re-assessed again at that time.

What about your session meeting appointment where we were going to meet face to face to review session details?  No problem!  We are happy to FaceTime you or Skype to do an online meeting.  Or, we can simply discuss over the phone.

Where do we go from here?  We will continue to monitor the situation.  And, since our sessions are outdoors then we will continue to take your sessions for business as usual.  We will avoid mini session situations – where clients are booked back to back – until the end of March.

And, as always, please feel free to contact us if you have more specific questions to be addressed.

-Jennifer
